Sobell Rhodes Re-Accredited as Gold Standard Investor in People

We are delighted to announce that Sobell Rhodes has been re-accredited as a Gold Standard Investor in People in July 2014.

Investors in People is the UK\’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Since we were first accredited as Investor in People in 1998, we have always viewed meeting the Standard as just the beginning and, when Investors in People offered higher levels of the Standard, (Bronze, Silver and Gold) we set our sights on achieving more.

To meet the normal standard you have to meet 39 evidence requirements.  To achieve the Gold standard a total of 165 evidence requirements have to be met. 16% of UK organisations achieve the core Investors in People status but only 1% achieve Gold level accreditation.
