Adam joined Sobell Rhodes as a partner in July 2014 with 15 years’ experience in general practice as a manager and partner.

He prides himself on an ability to give proactive advice and is passionate about building and maintaining close relationships with clients, as he appreciates the importance of understanding both their personal and business needs.

Adam is an entrepreneurial business specialist. He has helped a number of start-up businesses to source funding, understand their obligations and build the foundations towards achieving their goals. Assisting businesses to go from an idea, to start-up, to success gives Adam the greatest satisfaction.

Adam has a specific interest in charities and non-profit organisation which stems from his dedication to charitable and volunteer work and was named "Volunteer of the Year" for 2017/18, from the thousands of volunteers around the country, for his extraordinary dedication to the Jewish Lads’ and Girls’ Brigade (JLGB), in which he's worked as a volunteer youth leader for over 20 years.

Adam is married with two children and is a passionate supporter of Liverpool Football Club, travelling with his children to their games around the country.
