The Medium Firm of the Year award was presented to Sobell Rhodes at the 40th Annual Accountancy Age Awards. The Accountancy Age awards are the UK's premier awards for the accountancy profession. They recognise outstanding contributions by accountancy firms to UK businesses and excellence in all areas of practice. The judges commented, "The ethics of the firm came through loud and clear. Sobell Rhodes stood out from the crowd for outstanding results and a crystal clear approach to their business.” Sobell Rhodes also won the Most Innovative Accounting Firm award for firms with five and more partners at the Annual 2020 Innovation Awards.
